Description

If sharing an Ichnusa is the most powerful symbol of Sardinian sociability, why not create the first glass to enable an Ichnusa to be shared amongst friends without having to rely on a purely visual “measurement” of each person’s share?

The classic Ichnusa glass was thus reinvented with special notches in the glass indicating the quantities to pour depending on how many people there are.

Outcome

The Ichnusa glass immediately became a widely recognized icon of Sardinian sociability, a good way to share out beer in equal portions and also champion a rite that’s deeply felt across the island.
