Target clients among the electronic commerce companies often ignore the business cards of 500.com after ceremonial meetings. Therefore, to make our target clients interested in online lottery and be willing to learn 500.com’s digital lottery service initiatively, should be the first step towards collaboration.

Execution

At commercial meetings, exchanging business cards is always the first step. That inspired us to integrate 500.com’s product with its business cards and create the “digital” lottery business cards, which demonstrated 500.com’s business features and creativity to the target clients at the first meeting. With the help of powerful online lottery platform of 500.com, clients can check and claim the prize all year long, which also create the possibility of long-term effective communication.

Outcome

Among over 1,500 VIP clients who received our business cards, 67% downloaded 500.com mobile app through the QR codes shown on the back of the business cards. 500.com has successively started its cooperation with several Chinese famous electronic commerce companies, including Baidu, Alipay, and China Mobile.

The number of 500.com’s online active users has jumped sharply from 374,000 to 894,000, and the net revenue of 500.com has gone up 38.9%, reaching 15.9 million USD, which was greatly out of Wall Street analysts’ expectation (calculated by American Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
