Sara gives a smile back to its 43 clients, across Italy, who were so unlucky to be involved in a road accident on Christmas day, and, therefore could not fully enjoy the happiness of one the most important days of the year.
Through its agents all over Italy, Sara sent its 43 unlucky clients a gift box containing an invitation to dinner at a renowned restaurant in their cities.
Focusing on a crucial touch point (claims process) – we gave our customers the chance to turn a bad experience (even though without any fault) into a positive one, boosting their user experience and increasing loyalty, satisfaction and positive word of mouth.
We produced a video of the event to explain this unique operation to rebuild brand reputation and conquer the hearts+minds of Sara’s target .
Execution
We started, involving our agents informing them. We wanted them to be active part of this process.
Collecting all the datas of all our unlucky clients who had an accident at the Xmas day.
We sent our 43 clients, across Italy, a gift box containing an invitation to dinner at a renowned restaurant in their cities.
Working on a crucial touch point, we created an unique and engaging experience for the unlucky customers, improving their customer experience.
The video of the activation was launched using social channels and YouTube. The bloggers were a very crucial part of our project supporting us to spread our idea.
