Execution

1. The ‘Curves Vending Machine’ was launched in a shopping mall in Shanghai as an outdoor event,to promote our potato chips. This one day promotion has successfully approched more than 1000 new customers to try our product.

2. We also have POP posters, banners and standies at the supermarkets in China to promote the 'curves are yummy' idea.

3. After the launch of vending machine, we made a viral video of the event and posted it on the youtube of China - www.youku.com.

4. Official website has also covered all of the promotions mention above.

Outcome

Our results are:

1. Over 1,000 people tested the vending machine in a day, sold over 900 packs of chips

2. Had over 740,000 view on youku.com

3. Scored over 54 millions impressions on China’s leading Micro Blog – WeiBo

4.Had over 481,000 visit our micro-site

5. Got the media talking

6. 95% increase in sales from 2011!
