Description
We developed specific contents based on the service's concept, incorporating guidance from company seniors and support from families in order to visualize, analyze and provide service needs.
We named the service 'Ever Drive', wishing the elderly drivers whose cars are essential to their daily lives can drive as long as they can. Regarding specific details about the service, established a system that delivers information about dangerous driving behaviors through e-mail and websites. Furthermore, gaining access to their driving history, allows us to analyze, diagnose, and consult them by call centers or by regular reports.
Execution
We conducted newspaper ads (a full page on Nikkei, a 1/3 horizontal on Yomiuri on 3 issues), PR promotions + press releases, and listing (4 million imp) for 2 months. In addition, we created a tutorial movie for catalogs, pamphlets and service explanations, and promoted it on web sites and event venues.
Outcome
Our service was picked up on 2 TV programs, 19 newspapers, a magazine, and many web sites, and is still asked to be listed on various media. Furthermore, we are receiving many inquiries from elderly drivers and their close ones.
