With the “First Aid Bus” Falck introduced a whole new way of using the bus as a traffic medium. Here, passengers were encouraged to make a difference to their fellow travelers by using the time in the bus to learn more about first aid.
In addition to helpful instructional videos displayed on the bus’s information screens, passengers could test their knowledge on their smartphone or order one of Falck’s extended first aid courses.
The entire campaign got kick-started in central Copenhagen, where Falck employees taught passersby the most needed first aid. The danish newschannel Lorry brought a feature about the bus and the important message behind it.
