For the purposes of this gala, 11 fictitious companies were created which were using the Mercedes CITAN in their businesses. Right before the eyes of the attendees, a gala was organized at lightning speed, resulting in an amazing spectacle. The guests invited to this gala entered an empty, cluttered warehouse. Amidst the mess stood a helpless Master of Ceremonies. Improvising, he requested events company by phone to create a gala for 500 people, with deliveries on site, and a 'day before yesterday' deadline. A few seconds later, eleven Mercedes CITANs – live and in full view of the onstage guests – unpacked and mounted the entire infrastructure for the event in a total of 39 minutes. Taking part in the show created before the audience was a total of 189 persons: waiters, electricians, technicians, dancers, and actors. Among the workers were hidden 'extreme sport athletes' – masters of parkour, skating and climbing.
Outcome
The establishment of an unofficial record in organizing a gala – 14 minutes and 45 seconds between the start and the first catering dishes, as well as 39 minutes and 51 seconds to full operation, the concert, and the official release of the car. The organization of the car premiere was combined with a show which could only have been created thanks to the Mercedes CITAN.
