Execution
Most of the creatives have an iPhone.
So we created a funny iPhone App, a tool that would be relevant, unseen and entertaining. An App, that would engage the target group of advertising creatives during their day per day normal workflow. You have an idea? Test it straight away wherever you are with the Mobile Creative Director.
Outcome
The idea of this recruitment campaign helped us to reach the target group in a direct, personal, real and relevant way.
It was a great fun and entertaining tool to promote us as an agency with a digital heart.
Short after the seeding, the number of applications almost doubled.
