Creating this banner was actually a challenge to create a truly technological media innovation.
Indeed, there are a lot of websites that allow uploads of considerable sizes, but never had it been possible inside a banner itself (while surfing & without leaving the webpage).
It was a challenging and complicated task, but in the end it truly paid off: the client loved it, it was an online success and we got to master new technological skills in the process.
Outcome
In only one month, the Opel Movano banner transported more then 7800 files. It received great PR in Belgium... and great worldwide PR online through blogs and social networks.Also relevant is the fact that our video case wasn't only shared on advertising blogs, but also on automotive, movers and workmen blogs and websites.
