Having a conversation about aged care is almost as delicate as a person’s ability to hear it.
Throughout life, our parents are often the ones we turn to for help. However, as they get older, the shift from cared-for to caregiver can be challenging.
This radio spot demonstrates how our hearing deteriorates as we get older, and acknowledges the difficulty faced when talking to older people about aged care.
The service helps older Australians access Government subsidised care, and provides people with the resource material they need to have a positive conversation about aged care.
