This Girl Can is the second piece of work in this campaign. This time it focuses on a wider age range and variety of women, as well as sharing new messages such as that it’s OK to take a break from sport. It is set to a voiceover of the late Maya Angelou reciting her poem Phenomenal Women.

Everyone in 'This Girl Can' was street cast. The team found women exercising in parks and gyms and invited them to meet with the director, who interviewed each woman at length, looking for those the most open to the project. Some of the women appeared in the first ad and we meet them again in the second.
