Background
Based on Pandora learnings, radio campaigns with music perform better than average. With this in mind we set out to make a campaign that would use music at its core.
From this came the insight that “stains get stuck in your head just like a catchy song”, which we executed with songs that actually do get stuck in your head whenever you hear them. We took Beethoven’s 5th Symphony and Fur Elise and wrote lyrics to bring our idea to life. Tide gets stains out of your clothes and out of your head.
Execution
When you get a stain, you can’t stop thinking about it. They get stuck in your head, just like a catchy song. We used two classic melodies, Beethoven’s 5th Symphony and Fur Elise, to bring this insight to life and gave them lyrics describing how people can’t stop thinking about their stains. Fortunately, Tide is here to get stains out of your clothes and out of your head.
