A diverse group of people answer a mystery question with fun and intriguing responses. Towards the end of the film the question "What don't you skimp on?" is revealed to the audience. More people then give their answer to the question and all give the same response 'condoms'. This repeated response emphasises to the audience that condoms are essential and should never be skimped on. The film finishes with with some hard hitting facts about the HIV infection rate in Hong Kong and information about where to seek help.
