Groundhog202 is the second website/viral- only installment created by Red Tettemer, an advertising agency in Philadelphia, on behalf of the Pennsylvania Tourism Office. It was designed primarily to celebrate and generate excitement for Groundhog Day, but also to generate awareness of PA Tourism’s January promotion, Cabin Fever Month.
