This spot takes place at the biggest of all Groundhog Day Celebrations in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. We open on the anticipation of the moment when the Mayor will pull the groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, out of his tree stump to make his prediction. The crowd eagerly waits. When the moment comes, the mayor reaches in, but rather than pull out a groundhog, he pulls out a groundhog-sized Troy Polamalu—the hirsute free safety for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The crowd gasps. Punxsutawney Polamalu looks down and sees his shadow. Startled, he hops back. The mayor then valiantly lifts Polamalu above his head and declares, “Punxsutawney Polamalu has seen his shadow. Six more weeks of Football!”The crowd goes wild.
