Description

The Tweeting Bra is the first bra that tweets every time in unhooked! Why? In order to remind women to do their self examination. The lucky to wear the prototype was a famous Greek talk show host named Maria Bacodimou. Every time she took off her bra, a reminder was send to her 170k followers to remember their self-examination.

Execution

Using an tiny hardware that is attached to it, the bra connects to a smartphone via low voltage bluetooth and automatically post a tweet with information about self examination, every time it is unhooked. The campaign includes bra’s twitter account, a microsite and a video where Maria presents the Tweeting Bra to the world.

Outcome

And since the Tweeting Bra is a unique piece smart underwear, it shortly became a hot topic around the world. Mashable.com, The Huffington Post, The Independed and CNN were among the 1 million+ websites and TV shows that featured stories about it; resulting to earned media value of €2.5?. So the Tweeting Bra managed to reach millions of women around the world. And to remind them that even for breast cancer, prevention is the best medicine.
