Description
We decided to create the Unforgettable Playlists. To create those playlists, we went to the birth towns of the missing people and ask their relatives and friends, which songs revive the feelings they have for them. With those songs, we created more than 100 playlists.
Execution
We turned the playlists into personalized direct mails that we gave to each family.
The songs were also broadcasted in regional radio stations of conflict zones, and the playlists were created in Spotify and uploaded to a website, so the whole country could listen to them and sympathize with the victims and their families.
Outcome
Results
- More than 2700 people called to the radio stations to ask for the songs of the Unforgettable Playlists to be played.
- More than 5400 people entered to the website and listened to music there.
- 19% of those people shared and uploaded their own playlists with their own testimonies.
- But most important, we emotionally impacted the families that got the Playlists, helping them to heal their pain and giving back to them the hope of knowing what happened with their families and friends.
