Bonds Unplugged is an album comprised of six songs, which were all recorded live and unplugged to be as raw and natural as periods themselves. The songs were written by artists while on their period, and cover a range of authentic period experiences including body positivity, painful truths, relationship issues and emotional vulnerabilities.
