Most cars are really good at one specific thing. The Volkswagen Crafter, for example, is big. That’s practical because plenty of things fit inside. The Volkswagen Fox, on the other hand, is small. That is also practical because it simply fits in everywhere. That is why Volkswagen decided to combine these two characteristics to attract some attention with a spectacular promotion in a number of crowded shopping streets. The setting was just perfect to simply and quickly get both messages across. In addition, we also invited interested people there to check out the cars and get more information from a brochure.
Outcome
During the promotion period of two shopping weekends, nearly 4,000 people received the message. And everyone Volkswagen reached in this way belonged to either the Fox or the Crafter target group.
