Description
BSC offers plans tailored to specific California communities. To prove how local our care can be, we found BSC members who embodied the NEVER STOP mindset and used their story to represent our commitment to their zip code.
Execution
We created 7 documentary films, each focusing on a single BSC member. The films showed how each member embodied the NEVER STOP mindset.
We then created :15s from each docu-film to prove our commitment to local care.
Finally, to launch our campaign, we created a :30s hero film to remind Californians that BSC remained committed to the Golden State—despite other insurers pulling out of Covered California.
Outcome
Three weeks after launch, we saw a 500% increase in site traffic. We delivered more than 280,000 quality leads. And we welcomed just over 130,000 new members, 205% of our goal.
