Description
To dramatize the effectiveness of the Medifast weight loss plan, we filmed overweight people having an imaginary conversation with their skinnier selves. The participants then went on the Medifast program for nine months and all successfully lost weight. Then we returned to the same locations to shoot the thinner people responding and reacting to their heavier selves. The two films were then seamlessly edited together, creating the illusion that the person's heavier and leaner selves were interacting.
