There are two results to be measured with this differentiated action.The emotional result, was measured through various e-mails received by Tecnisa from families who approved this innovative initiative, by the inquiries received for new puzzles to be sent, and by the request to create new board games for future real-estate launches.The practical, effective, and measurable result, reflected a great success.From all families impacted with the puzzle game at the point-of-sales, 26 per cent of them selected to use the services from Tecnisa architects in their apartments.
