70% of all year’s sales happen during Christmas season.Also at Christmas: the buying process differs from the rest of the year: people buy whisky as a gift, not for consumption. Supermarkets are always crowded with people doing their last shopping before Christmas Day. Waiting in long queues to pay is normal.So, why not offer an exclusive cashier in supermarkets for customers with a Grant’s bottle in their shopping cart, during this season?

One that no one else could use.

Outcome

The number of bottles sold increased on average 7 times compared to the previous year in the supermarkets this promo was made.Grant’s is now leader in off-trade.
