In Hong Kong, there are 2,000 patients in the city waiting for organ donation every year. Yet the annual number of suitable donors is around 200. What’s more, half of suitable donors could not donate their organs as their families declined to do so. Our objective is to develop a poster campaign to raise awareness of the issue.

To illustrate the darkness of stopping family member saving a life, a dark illustration style is utilized.
