Description
Goal: create a game to drive trials and establish Live Search as the hero for finding answers and fun, while fitting within the platform’s parameters. Result: Red Carpet Reveal, a game of celebrity trivia. Given the masked image of a celebrity, the user must answer trivia questions to uncover his or her identity. Using knowledge of pop culture—plus help from Search—the goal is to identify the celebrity using as few hints as possible. At launch, Red Carpet Reveal achieved a single-day record of 1.14M unique users and generated 7.6M queries in one day.
