The Wieden+Kennedy Tokyo office is situated right on the Nakameguro river, which is one of the best places to enjoy the Sakura (the Japanese word for cherry blossom) during Hanami (the Japanese festival for the enjoyment of the cherry blossom). We’re always striving to integrate into the local community so we challenged ourselves to create something that would encourage people to come into our gallery, say hi, and find out a bit more about us.

We opened a selfie stick rental shop in our gallery space right on the Nakameguro River. People could come in and choose one of four X-treme Selfie Sticks and take them out to capture their Sakura Selfies*
