The company offers a made-to-oder service called ZOZOSUIT which uses an innovative technology to automatically measures the individual's body shape with smartphone application and produces jeans fitted exactly to each customer’s size.
The jeans lined on the ground are all uniquely produced in different sizes using the service.
The brief was to produce a film to promote a new company name ZOZO and an innovative business idea offering custom-fit jeans.
The solution was to line up 1,925 jeans all come in different sizes produced solely for the purpose of this film and to create impactful visual.
Execution
The direction was simply lining jeans all come in different sizes on the ground to show the breadth of variation and to create an impactful image. Also to communicate the surprise of this world’s first business, we needed to create an image no one has ever seen before.
Using the footages shot with the drones and stabilizing them, we aimed for the editing that will let the images to flow and spread smoothly.
In order to show the scale, we searched for a specific location to have trees and road on the wide shot at the end and made sure a car appearing in a good timing.
