CTT, the Portuguese post office, is determined to increase teamwork and the involvement of its senior managers. They want to bring the decision-makers closer to CTT’s different departments and so we were asked to lay on a relaxed event to get to know more about internal relations.
CampaignDescription
The idea was to organise a mystery (role playing) dinner involving a murder, where the murderer would be unmasked during the event. Clues appeared as the evening progressed and everyone had to investigate the details, as any of the participants could be the killer. The action was accompanied by professional actors who guided the participants through the story. To prepare our target audience for what was going to happen, we designed an invitation with a headline in print so small that they needed the attached magnifying glass to read it.
Outcome
Everyone who was invited came to the event and inevitably had personal contact with senior managers playing the game.The internal results were so good and clear that CTT have already asked us for a second event in May, before summer vacations.
