OVERVIEW

Write a short summary of what happens in the radio or audio execution or campaign.

They say quitters never win, but when you know you’re moving on to bigger and better things, quitting your job can feel an awful a lot like winning – especially if you do it in the weirdest, most satisfying way imaginable.

Script. Provide the full radio advert script in English.

MONSTER – QUITTERS WIN

“Mo Mo Mimmy Mimmy”

Radio :60

VO: We now present Your Job-Quitting Fantasy:

You’re in a staff meeting on a normal Tuesday. Geraldine has just finished taking credit for your ideas. Ted, the boss, is rambling on about sales growth when all of sudden you start saying for no reason… mo mo mimmy mimmy mo mo mimmy mimmy... When he starts to question you, you look right at him and say gibby gibby yaaaaaaaaaa. He tries to get a word in edgewise: Could you gibby please gibby stop mimmy mimmy that mo? Before you know it, others are joining in for reasons they don’t mimmy gibby understand. (SOUNDS OF OTHERS CHANTING CONTINUE UNDERNEATH) As these sounds become your anthem, you rise up, cross the room, and gently place your hands on Ted’s cheeks, kissing him hard on the mouth like a disappointed mob boss. And then… like that… (CHANTING STOPS) you disappear into your own clothing, leaving nothing behind but a haunting vapor, as you’re off to begin the new, better fitting, more fulfilling job you found with the help of Monster.com.

Monster.com. Where quitters win.
