NIKEiD is an online service that offers unlimited customisable colors. The goal was to increase by 5% the public awareness of the service through viral promotion, which immediately increased the traffic and improved understanding and memory of the service through a premium experience on the site.

Outcome

The commercial had over 500,000 views in the 2 months after its release on YouTube and was ranked in 11 categories at its peak. It was talked about on domestic and foreign blogs and social networking services, was featured by TV programs, and obtained a search ranking of 7. The rate of public awareness increased by 35% and the number of hits that NIKEiD received at its peak increased by 200%.

Solution

To “Generate NIKEiD buzz and maximise traffic.”, we created a viral commercial released exclusively on YouTube and conducted guerrilla activities associated with blogs targeting influence-makers. Spreading the mystery of the virtual world becoming the real world seamlessly. This led to a resurgence of the viral promotion, and increased the amount of traffic.
