To communicate Extraderm's equity and product action of peeling off skin to remove wrinkles, at the same time as rewarding trial by offering free items/prizes for those who purchased the product in the store via this Peel Off promotion.
Effectiveness
The poster was placed prominently near the cashier or at the store entrance, thus even non-participants can clearly see how Extraderm works. With the clear, simple and effective product demonstration and the prize incentive, sales of Extraderm rose by 50 %.
Implementation
Using the "Before" and "After" pictures of the female model, we divided the "Before" pictures into 40 perforated segments, with each segment revealing a prize printed at the back when peeled.
When all of the perforated segments have been removed, the clearer, wrinkle-free face will be revealed.Customers will get to peel from the poster and get a prize after every purchase of the product.
Relevancy
Since it visually demonstrates the peeling action of Extraderm, customers can clearly see how the product works in the simplest, most direct manner: When they peel off a portion, they reveal clearer skin underneath. At the same time, they get rewarded for purchasing the product through the prizes.
