We sent hundreds of surreals emails to costumer service of Brazilian top companies, and waited for the reply. The best responses, the ones given by automated robots and the ones given by humans one were read in this radio spot, to prove that in this field of work, humans still far better than robots.

More and more many companies are replacing people by robots. When we talking of operational work, mechanical and high precision ones, robots indeed have a higher performance. However, no matter how developed is the artificial intelligence, when the job requires original ideas, negotiation and mainly, dealing with people, nothing overcomes us, humans.

Data Byte, Brazilian leader in Professional Training, asked for a campaign to be positioned as the company that trust more in people’s potential.
