OVERVIEW

Description

In this WWF film for the International Year of Forests, we decided to use a wooden puppet: the famous Pinocchio. As everyone knows, his nose grows when he tells lies, and shrinks when he says the truth. In our film, when Pinocchio tells the truth about the importance of the forest and about deforestation, he sees his (wooden) nose shrink, more and more, and more ... until it disappears. This is the main message of the film: Given the importance of forests in our lives, once they disappear, we will also disappear.
