Background
The eActros LongHaul is a milestone for the logistics industry. Its range of over 500 kilometers opens a new chapter for long-distance e-transport and blazes trails for the electrified highways of the future. But only some people believe in e-trucks. Too many are still afraid to be given a truck with insufficient range and eventually come to hold somewhere on the highway. So, for Mercedes-Benz Trucks, it was time to take away those doubts and worries of their customers.
To make a statement for the eActros LongHauls' unparalleled range of 500 kilometers, Mercedes-Benz Trucks transformed Europe's busiest logistical routes into 500 kilometers of individual flashes of lightning in a series of digital & print motifs. Confidently visualizing a promise Mercedes-Benz can make to its customers today.
Outcome
The motif caused a positive response in the trade press and increased interest in the new eActros. During its use at the IAA Transportation, it was shared and quoted multiple times on social media.
