In Brazil, advertising market itself is a creative, aggressive advertiser, despite the small budgets the advertising agencies have for advertising their own services. Most of the agencies use ad industry-oriented media.In such a scenario we had to highlight the brand DDB Brasil. We have developed a strategy aimed at turning traditional business cards into presentation cards, thus taking advantage of the fact that our executives are influential in this market. The strategy of using business cards as media space to publicize client case stories, aimed at introducing to prospects the agency’s success stories over the past years.
Outcome
The use of the cards as a different medium generated spontaneous media in the specialized press, thus placing the agency in the spotlight. Our relationship with the clients mentioned in the cases strengthened. Over the first 5 months after the staff started using the cards, the agency got 6 new clients.
