The creative solution was to create and deliver direct mail on the spot, with a distinct Agent Provocateur twist. A mobile “naughty office” was created, armed with three lingerie models, a photocopier and office equipment. The girls ran off copies of their AP panties, creating a live lingerie show and a functioning print shop. Hot off the copier, these instant invitations were distributed to the captive audience in three key locations.AP’s goal was a 25% increase in store traffic and sales, with the hope that local print and TV media would pick up the story, for a desired media reach of approximately 500,000.
