To bring the benefit of special access for Cardmembers to life, American Express unveiled an integrated sponsorship campaign during the 2007 US Open tennis championships. At every touch point, the breakthrough work served up an exclusive experience that gave tennis fans a rare insider’s view of the Open.The sponsorship website received millions of visitors a month, while on-site views of an interactive film starring John McEnroe beat benchmarks by 73%. More than half of the viewers completed the video with 17% repeating upon completion. Meanwhile, online media leveraging Dispute assets beat CTR goals by 36%.
