Execution

Vodafone mobile users received a phone call on their cell phone and on answering it, immediately overheard a cross connection between a police inspector and a mother. He was breaking the news of the death of her son to her, who had been in a drink-driving road accident.

Outcome

In 2006, there were 4286 cases of drink-driving accidents registered with the Delhi Police. In 2007, the figure dropped to 4080.
