Description

The book of 25 Voices.

Each week, the agency bosses write something from the soul: an anecdote, a thought, an observation, a big praise, or a little tip. Sometimes stimulating, sometimes exciting and always an invitation for dialogue.

The goal is a regular exchange of ideas with all employees of the agency, which is rarely possible in person. On Monday morning, these posts automatically appear on every employee's screen.

And since the bosses are sitting behind an aquarium, they are called "Voices from the Aquarium.” To date, over 1000 of these contributions have appeared.

For the 25th anniversary of our agency, the artist Julia Ulmer has selected 25 texts that provide inspiration beyond the agency and enriched them with at least one additional meaning with her illustrations.

The result is a book for all colleagues and customers who are ready to tackle the next quarter of a century with us.

Execution

We decided for a library linen outside and an surprising colour explosion inside - library linen outside cause we wanted to create a long lasting book and transfer this with the cover. Long lasting high-quality was our aim. With the colour explosion inside we want to show the fun we have and how we are beyond being „correct“.

The silver linen COLOUR is because oft he the 25 agency celebration (like silver wedding between the founders).

The handwritten part in the book is made by the agency owner himself and shall build a bridge between the illustration on the right side and the written text on the left side.

We decided for art paper to give the colours the best stage they could have.

Outcome

With this anniversary book we not even give our collegues a smile but also surprised our costumers and „will be“ costumers.

It´s a not profit work – „happy see go lucky“ customer service.
