Description
The Argentina New Cinema Film Festival in Hollywood wanted to increase their audience.
To promote it among non-Argentinian movie lovers we mined an insight that everybody is aware of:
Hollywood loves to produce American remakes of successful foreign films, and when it does, the results are often far from ideal.
With a limited budget, TV broadcast in a few networks was not enough.
So we decided to place our ads, aside from the usual suspects like YouTube, on cinephile blogs, where film addicts go to see trailers of upcoming movies.
The Results:
The Festival sold out days before its opening for the first time.
