The aim was to communicate that, throughout the month of November only; Arnet 1 mega was as cheap as $19.90.
With the project being a limited time only offer, we needed an idea that prompted people to call immediately. We thought it would be funny if we actually made a “charity-type telethon” with ridiculous goals, like smacking a mime, getting a famous hairstylist to give kiwis haircuts, make a sumo wrestler horseback race or name a guinea pig president of Arnet. The more people called, the more promises we fulfilled.
