THE CALL OUT:Partnering with the top 6 universities across Australia, we created giant flight simulators and challenged hundreds of students to see if they had what it takes to become a real life Top Gun.A RAAF pilot handpicked the 75 most talented students who were invited to the next stage of the process – an exclusive Top Gun event.THE EVENT:The event enabled the recruits to test their skills, hear from RAAF pilots and find out more about how to apply for the intensive training programme.The night ended with a special screening of the classic 80’s movie that continues to inspire and excite young Australians – Top Gun.AMPLIFICATION:Content from the event was captured and seeded across social networks.We wanted students themselves to spread the word of what it takes to become a pilot and encourage their friends to find out more.
