Description
Since a subject as delicate as Internet security is being dealt with, it was decided to send an actual Co-ordinates Card in order to carry out a very educational mail shot. The key was in making a delivery that allowed everyone, from the first moment, to be familiarised with the simplicity of the new system of access and thereby counteract the fear of change. So, it was decided to apply the creative solution directly in the envelope. We invented a new way of accessing its interior - by 'coordinates' - the same new and secure way of accessing BarclaysNet Empresas. "Access the interior by pulling on E2".
Outcome
The low incidence of calls to the Client Service Station to clarify doubts shows that the mail shot was a resounding success.
