Description
Increase the number of donations at blood donor clinics across Canada.
Execution
Thank you cards were sent to donors. But these weren't ordinary cards. When opened, recipients were actually holding a three-paged thank you card. Each page a "thank you" from a different person who had their life saved thanks to the recipient's donation.
Outcome
Two weekd after a campaign drop, the thank you card resulted in a response rate of 6%. That translates to 300 donations, and more importantly 900 saved lives.
