Description
Caran d'Ache ballpoint pen's shape of design is thinner and more sophisticated than other brands in the market. Produced moving image of beautiful flower arise from one ballpoint pen itself, suggesting to gift Caran d’Ache product with a flower.
Targeted 30's to 40's people having sensibility in fashion. When gifting, they are particular to select something special and original. Caran d’Ache provide the opportunity to give heart in a very smart way, along with their ballpoint pen so that the product can be selected as perfect gift for such occasion.
Execution
Taking the shape of design as an inspiration, we made a digital movie of beautiful drawing of a flower drawn by Caran d’Ache. Not only the product, a sender of Caran d'Ache can also send the movie with his/her own customization of flowers and messages. ¬¬¬The person who got the gift can watch the movie by reading QR code in a card attached.
Outcome
Obtained a number of shares in SNS such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and reached female customers who have rarely bought the brand before, contributed sales growth. Made a strong image as a gift by making a communication tool that makes a sender think of someone's happy face when he/she get the message.
