Description

We are at the beach. Josias, a so-called Gomes da Costa’s Senior Fisherman, introduces himself. He tells that more than a fisherman, now he’s also a personal trainer, who created Bodyfishness, an advanced training routine inspired by movements used in professional fishing. Meanwhile, we see some of his workmates warming up to work out.

Then, Josias presents the equipment specially developed to Bodyfishness: dumbbells shaped as tuna and sardine replicas. From there on, he gives a fitness class using his two workmates do demonstrate the exercises.

First with abs workout, giving Gomes da Costa’s canned fish in their mouths as a stimulus, followed by biceps, treadmill running and squats. Other exercises are presented by illustrated characters in some sort of tutorial material.

We see a testimony of a thankful Bodyfishness costumer and a before/after comparison. By the way, he’s one of Josias’ workmates.
