This was the first partnership between the client and the agency, and the client was surprised by the action’s outcome. Within the first 48 hours after sending the mail, there was a 70% response; reaching far beyond previous actions which had not reached 1/5 of this volume. It was a simple and inexpensive action, which strengthened the relationship between the brand and its resellers.
