Description
A lead generation mail pack targeted to specific groups within the SME Sector was developed. The proposition "Get a better grip on your business with SAP Business One" has a double meaning in this mail pack.The notion of getting better grip has been made tangible figuratively by message and literally by printing the letter on the back of a sheet of sandpaper. So when you hold the letter to read the message, you immediately experience the 'grip'.
Outcome
The 1% response (on a cold base list) exceeded experience figures in the market and clients' expectations.
