Present simple – Get your loved ones what they truly want.We launched a website where users entered their loved ones' details. Those details were transferred to a live call centre, which called them and found out anonymously what they would like to get.Then, we sent this information to the user, in addition to a discount coupon for the specific item.
Outcome
With over 100,000 visitors to the call centre website, 2,572 people got exactly what they wanted for the holidays.
