Description
A uniquely Canadian take on three favourite movie genres, these films opened the 2013 Canadian Film Festival to promote its unique Canadian content.
Execution
- The spot was done for a ‘Not for Profit’ client, so there was no budget for production.
- Agency had to beg production houses and post production companies for favors to get this spot produced.
- The spot was completely shot on green screen.
- The post effects were done by purchasing stock scenes and stitching them together.
- The director took photos of local buildings at night to integrate into the scenes to make the city appear more Canadian.
- The director was also the cameraman.
